1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You must notify sisx6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials are lost or stolen. sisx6 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow others to access or use your sisx6 account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

sisx6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted through supported local and international payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. sisx6 does not accept third-party payments. Attempting to use a payment method belonging to another person may result in permanent account closure.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and player account tier. Please refer to the platform's banking section for current limits. sisx6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; most are completed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status. sisx6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency & Exchange

sisx6 operates solely in BDT. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the payment processor or the player. sisx6 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third parties.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

sisx6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement for each promotion is specified in its individual terms.
• sisx6 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings derived therefrom if fraudulent, abusive, or bonus-exploitation activity is detected.

To protect the integrity of the platform and all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on sisx6. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing strategies or outcomes in real-time to influence live games.
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposit chargebacks, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions placed on an existing account.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC verification.

sisx6 employs advanced fraud detection technology and works with industry partners to identify and prevent prohibited activities. Any player found to have engaged in the above behaviours will have their account permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of sisx6 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute grounds for legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sisx6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of gaming funds due to technical failures beyond our control. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.
